Refund & Return Policy

Swaraas by Anant International

This Refund & Return Policy applies only to orders placed on or after 30-01-2026 on the official website of Swaraas by Anant International (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full.


1. Return & Exchange Window

  • Return or exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery of the parcel.

  • Requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances.

  • Products must be:

    • Unused, unworn, and unwashed

    • Unaltered

    • In original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact

Failure to meet these conditions will result in rejection of the request.


2. Items Not Eligible for Easy Return or Exchange

The following are not eligible for easy return or exchange:

  • Products that have already been exchanged once

  • Orders placed using gift cards / store credits

These items are eligible only for exchange in case of:

  • Manufacturing defect, or

  • Incorrect product delivered

Refunds are not applicable for these cases.


3. Refund Method

  • All approved refunds are issued only in the form of Gift Cards / Store Credit.

  • We do not provide refunds via:

    • UPI

    • Bank transfer

    • Debit/Credit cards

    • Cash or wallets

Gift cards:

  • Are non-transferable

  • Can be redeemed only on our website

  • Cannot be converted into cash


4. Gift Card Delivery

  • Refund gift cards will be shared only on the registered email ID used while placing the order.

  • If:

    • You have not registered an email ID, or

    • You want the gift card details on WhatsApp,

5. Exchange Process

  • For exchanges, the original product must be successfully recollected first.

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

    • The replacement product will be dispatched.

  • Exchange dispatch is subject to:

    • Successful quality inspection

    • Product availability

We reserve the right to deny an exchange if the returned product does not meet our quality standards.


6. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Fill out the Return Request Google Form:

  2. Our team will review the request.

  3. If approved:

    • Return pickup will be arranged through our courier partner, subject to serviceability.

If pickup is not serviceable at your location, the customer must ship the parcel via post or local courier to our return address at their own responsibility.


7. Parcel Verification & Quality Check

To prevent misuse and ensure transparency:

  • We record return parcel packaging and opening videos.

  • If the returned parcel contains:

    • A different product

    • A damaged or tampered product

    • An incorrect item

A ₹300 penalty will be charged, and:

  • Only the same incorrect item will be re-dispatched

  • No further return or exchange will be allowed for that order


8. Courier Disputes & Liability

If a customer claims that:

  • The correct product was handed over, but

  • We received an incorrect product,

The customer must provide clear proof of handover (handover video is mandatory).

We will escalate the issue to the courier partner.
👉 The courier partner’s investigation and final decision shall be binding, and Swaraas by Anant International shall not be liable beyond that outcome.


9. Customer Conduct Policy

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any return or exchange request if:

  • Abusive, rude, misleading, or inappropriate language is used

  • False or fraudulent claims are made

This applies to all communication channels including forms, emails, WhatsApp, and messages.


10. Inspection & Final Approval

  • Returns: Gift card issued only after inspection and approval

  • Exchanges: Replacement dispatched only after inspection and approval

All inspection decisions taken by Swaraas by Anant International are final and binding.


11. Policy Acceptance & Modification

Placing an order on our website confirms that:

  • You have read and accepted this Refund & Return Policy

  • You are comfortable with all stated terms

We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. The revised policy will apply to all future orders.
